Our Pricing

Pricing our services has been based on two axis: Time consumed by consultants or result produced by foundation's work. Although exact price of each project is subject to individual requirements, we try not to charge more than 200€ per working day in Poland and 400€ per working day in Europe. Each customer defines individually his budget and we discuss the level of services that may be supplied within given limits. For each customer we offer free introduction courses of Business Polish and translation of official documents from English, French and German to Polish.

Watch Opportunities

We envisage two folded approach: either customer defines his budget and EASYPOLSKA suggests a scope of actions that may be taken to fit in or EASYPOLSKA offers a scope of possible actions in both business development and consulting and suggests a price. Other options include but are not limited to hybrid approach as well as billing based on result (new signed contracts).

Develop projects

Based on estimation of time consumption, EASYPOLSKA would prepare pricing of support for a given project. Expanding existing cooperation is priced in the same way as "watch opportunities" package.

Establish your office

Price for this package highly depends on legal form chosen by customer, level of support required (administration, accounting, legal services and use of local office of EASYPOLSKA foundation). In order to deliver optimal service it would be highly recommended to contact foundation, describe scope of activities supported by local office and based on our experience decide what legal entity to choose.
